Meet Bryan (and his dogs)
Bryan Kidd began his recruitment journey in 2016, managing a busy temporary staffing desk specializing in office administrative personnel. After gaining experience across multiple industries in permanent recruitment, he launched Seeker Search in 2023 with a clear mission: “I want to work with leaders driven equally by purpose and a winning culture.”
Bryan finds his greatest satisfaction in matching the right candidate with the right opportunity—creating environments where both individuals and organizations can thrive. With an instinct for uncovering top talent, he brings a sharp eye and dependable results to every search.
When he's not connecting people with purpose, you’ll likely find him exploring one of Nova Scotia’s many scenic hiking trails.
